Journal#42 A recruit was shot.
A recruit was shot in leg during training Tuesday night at the Arizona Law Enforcement Academy in Phoenix.The shooting occurred when the Department of Public Safety recruit was out on the firing range around 9 p.m., with the other recruits. Another unfortunately incident that kills people.

I am glad you posted about this incident. I don't understand what you mean by "Another unfortunately incident that kills people."
According to azfamily.com the recruit reportedly shot himself in the leg while holstering his firearm.
This apparent accident should be a sobering reminder that firearms are tools that should be treated with care and respect.
